The Challenge

John Lewis commissioned Familia to create an innovative in-store baby ‘All Things Baby’ pop-up concept, seamlessly blending various baby-related offerings into an engaging experience. The primary goal was to increase footfall into stores by providing expecting and new parents with a convenient and inviting space to access valuable resources and connect with experts in the field.

The Solution

Familia planned and organised a diverse selection of baby classes, including postnatal and pregnancy fitness advice, hosted within John Lewis stores. The pop-up events offered informative classes and hands-on experiences, enhancing the shopping experience for customers while fostering a sense of community and support among attendees.
