We recently worked with Martin at Familia to develop Eagle Bay’s franchise blueprint, covering everything from market potential and the legal framework to the commercial model, franchisee recruitment, investment costs and our operations manual.
Martin provided excellent franchise advice while also helping us think more broadly and critically about our business model. He took the time to visit us twice in person, developed a strong understanding of the business and produced the work remarkably quickly.
