The Challenge

The Busylizzy Club, the UK’s leading members’ club for new and expectant parents, wanted to expand its offering beyond fitness and baby classes by introducing a new series of social events. The aim was to help parents connect in real life, build community and add even more value to membership. The challenge was launching a new event format with impact, including branding, content and partnerships.

The Solution

To strengthen member engagement and add value to the club experience, Familia supported The Busylizzy Club in launching a new series of parenting events designed to bring families together in a relaxed, social setting.

Our role included:

  • Creating the brand identity for the new event series – it needed to feel grown-up and premium while still reflecting the warm, inclusive nature of the club.
  • Developing all launch materials including promotional content, graphics and messaging for email and social media.
  • Handling event logistics, from booking venues to managing guest communications and on-the-day coordination.
  • Sourcing and managing local partners to provide added value through giveaways, guest speaker talks, product sampling and sponsorship.
  • Equipping club owners with toolkits, templates and step-by-step guides to confidently run their own local events.

Results

Stronger Community: Parents responded positively to the new event format, with strong attendance and great feedback across multiple clubs.

Increased Visibility: The brunch events helped The Busylizzy Club stand out as more than just a class provider by offering meaningful social experiences.

Commercial Growth: The format created new opportunities for brand partnerships, collaborations and ticketed revenue for local club owners.
