We had a business people loved, and wanted to see it grow. So we franchised it ourselves. We worked out the model, wrote the manual, recruited the franchisees, made the mistakes and learnt from every one of them, and grew it into a UK-wide network. In 2016 it won the British Franchise Association’s Emerging Franchisor Award.
