How it runs
It starts with a call and a feasibility analysis of your business, which we walk you through before you decide anything. If you go ahead, we begin with a face-to-face briefing, meet again midway through, and deliver your finished blueprint in about a month.
You don’t wait until everything is perfect.
The usual approach is to build everything first and then look for franchisees. We prove the concept sells while the build is under way, so your pipeline starts earlier and your first franchise fees can help fund the rest.

How long does the blueprint take?
About a month from the briefing to the finished blueprint.
How much of my time will it need?
Around six to eight hours across the briefing, the midway meeting and the final presentation.
What if the blueprint shows my business isn’t ready?
We will tell you, and we will tell you what needs to change. It is better to have that conversation before you build than after.
Do I have to use Familia for the build?
No. The blueprint is yours, and some clients build it themselves.
